The Lecture Hall along with Seminar Room and Lecture Room have just recently been equipped with the latest audiovisual technology in addition to traditional dual projection, video and overhead projection. The library in the Postgraduate Centre is available to all Dental Practitioners and has internet access and computer assisted learning facilities. The Centre has eight fully equipped dental units for hands-on courses. A dedicated dining room is located within the Centre and full catering can be provided for day or evening courses. A comprehensive educational programme is provided including full and half-day hands-on courses along with evening lectures. The Tunbridge Wells Dental Study Group, Orthodontic Study Group and Periodontal Discussion Group all hold regular meetings at the Centre, which is also the venue for the Tunbridge Wells Section BDA. The BDA West Kent meetings are held at the Holiday Inn Maidstone and the BDA Hastings meetings are held at the Hastings Education Centre at the Conquest Hospital. Both of these meetings can be booked through the Tunbridge Wells Postgraduate Centre. |
